Instructor crush on on OKC who probably thinks I'm nuts because I missed a bunch of his classes last spring and ended up taking an incomplete (that I have since finished), bad idea?? And I also basically implied to him (back in April) in an email that I was getting an abortion and that was the reason for my absences, without saying it directly. That's true, btw, but it still may have made me seem "troubled" from his perspective. He gave me a C+ in the class because of my absences, by far the lowest grade I received that semester. We're the same age and have a lot of common interests, and I did at least come off as smart in the class, since I actively participated in discussions. I was thinking of just sending him a friendly message on the site that wasn't a come on in any way, like "funny running into you on here," or whatever. And seeing if he bites. But this is probably totally nutso, right? Because in all likelihood he thinks I'm crazy? Somebody tell me if it's a terrible idea, or if it's worth a shot. I mean what do I have to lose.
