Saxis Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Actually, I am curious to know some opinions on Jilly's question about girls height. Is there a certain height you say "uh no, way too tall/short"? Anything above or below 5'2" is fine. Actually, I think the only thing I'd say no to is someone two inches or more taller than me. I guess it could be possible, but I wouldn't be likely initiate it.
fral945 Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Actually, I am curious to know some opinions on Jilly's question about girls height. Is there a certain height you say "uh no, way too tall/short"? Short answer, no. We're men, as long as you look good that's all that matters. I can't imagine many men who would care about that. Nice body, face, boobs, etc. yes, those are important. Height? Never really crossed my mind.

Pyro Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Really? So then you're saying you'd be fine to date a woman who was 6" taller than you? Height doesn't mean a thing to me, so I wouldn't mind, but she probably would.
fral945 Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Really? So then you're saying you'd be fine to date a woman who was 6" taller than you? Yea, really. Doesn't matter to me, though I haven't met many women that are 6'-3", lol. I think that women over 6'-3" are a pretty small percentage of the population to begin with. Why, are you 6" taller?
tanbark813 Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Really? So then you're saying you'd be fine to date a woman who was 6" taller than you? I've dated women that much taller than me. It puts their boobs right about eye level. Good times.
Trialbyfire Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Height doesn't mean a thing to me, so I wouldn't mind, but she probably would. This thread makes me think of that old Randy Newman song about "Short People".
fral945 Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 I've dated women that much taller than me. It puts their boobs right about eye level. Good times. Good point, I'd miss looking down and seeing cleavage, though How tall are you? You must be shorter than me, lol.

Trialbyfire Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Never heard of it. How does it go? Keep in mind that I'm short and so is the songwriter. It's a caricature. http://www.randynewman.com/tocdiscography/disc_little_criminals/lyricslittlecriminals

I think that women over 6'-3" are a pretty small percentage of the population to begin with. Why, are you 6" taller? LOL. No, I am only a wee 5'6", BUT, unless you get me off my feet, I am usually in 4"-5" heels. Except at the gym, 'natch...
Green Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 and thats why tall men like myself get a much broader choice of women. In fact ive seriously had women say ur a creep but your tall and bammm sexual atraction initiated.
fral945 Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 LOL. No, I am only a wee 5'6", BUT, unless you get me off my feet, I am usually in 4"-5" heels. Except at the gym, 'natch... We should do a thread on why you ladies walk around in those things, but I'll leave that for another day. Well, I get an extra inch or two in my shoes. Add 1/2" for my hair and I'm pushing 6' (never knew I was that tall). So do I have a chance?

Ah, I am one of those chicks who has always worn heels, and I just don't feel right in flats. Plus, you have to admit, they are sexy as hell, right? Just because your hair is nice and fluffy (or spikey), then yes, you certainly do get a chance. But also because you have a cute personality. See Caliguy? Even the Bean can be swayed an inch or two. Particularly if it's made up in other areas...

Plus, you have to admit, they are sexy as hell, right? Yea, I can't lie, they do. It's not so much the heels, but what it does to the butt. But I'm guessing you'd probably wouldn't have a problem getting men without them. I don't know how you ladies walk around in those things for hours at a time. Just because your hair is nice and fluffy (or spikey), then yes, you certainly do get a chance. But also because you have a cute personality. See Caliguy? Even the Bean can be swayed an inch or two. Particularly if it's made up in other areas... Good, I have all my hair, and it's the fluffy kind. And you're right, I do make up for it in other areas.
CaliGuy Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 I thought about this thread today when I received a text from my friend who got married last March. He's 5'9, his wife is 5'11". Just thought I would toss that out there for the nay sayers. It doesn't bother them. I've never heard her refer to him as short nor anything other than a man. Cheers.
