But the big picture you need to ask is why are you putting this girl on a pedastal? I think you said you're in college? Bro, not trying to be harsh, but you have more access to women than you'll probably ever have in your entire life. You really have to get out there and date other women. You've got oneitis for a woman that is damaged goods. You've rightfully cut contact with her. Next step is get out there an ask out more women.

YOU want "more", so you felt she was using you and playing games... She wasn't. You upset her with your "rejection", as she was just being friendly, no more, no less. Mind boggling that you are defending obvious poor behaviour. Switch the genders around and you would be screaming player & womaniser.
