I am so happy that Silktricks is able to enjoy all the wonderful things life has to offer and is well and has love in abundance. I hope this continues for you. Grab each day by the throat and live it until it rattles!!

I am happy that my best friends new baby is bee-yoo-ti-ful!!!! And chilled and sleepy. :)

I am happy that someone who works very hard for me now has a huge stretch of time off work, at my insistence, and went home so thrilled at the prospect of being with her husband and sons for the longest stretch of time in about 3 years - I could literally feel her excitement as she packed up last night!!

I'm happy that the different works on the house are finally happening, lots of little things that will make such a big difference... and give bf some wardrobe space at last, poor thing!!!

I'm happy we're all off on a bit of an adventure for 5 days this weekend, can't wait!

I'm happy that the weather has been gorgeous.

I'm happy that my golf has improved considerably recently, despite my dodgy shoulder hurting more than it has for ten years.

I'm happy that even when there are so many things in life that aren't great, or we have sad times at certain times of the year, that I can always focus on, and appreciate, the good stuff; and I'm happy that this thread is a perfect opportunity to do so!!! Hope everyone has a brilliant weekend, and that you all have lots to feel happy about.

I am happy to be alive, as for awhile it looked a bit questionable.

I am VERY happy to hear that silk is still with us! Such gracious people are hard to find and we can't afford to lose the few we have.

I'm happy that SG is embarking on another adventure - have a blast, SG!

I'm hoping Seren's packing is going well, and happy she still has the time in amongst that to post here.

I'm happy we had such fun yesterday at the wetlands trust park, and that all of our deliveries were waiting for us when we got back so that we could breakfast outside in the glorious sunshine this morning on our new garden furniture (and I'm happy that the bread I left baking last night came out so well we could have that for breakfast :) ). I'm happy that we've got an excuse for a thorough spring cleaning, and that we're spending a few days away, and that we have summer travel prospects lining up.

I am happy to be alive, as for awhile it looked a bit questionable. I am happy my hubby found me some great doctors and stayed by my side the whole time (well, while he was allowed). I am happy to be looking at some truly beautiful flowers he brought me, and I am happy to have health insurance as otherwise I would be decidedly UNhappy. I'm happy to have a tablet I can use while not too mobile, yet. I am happy that I don't have to have more surgery for awhile. :)
I am happy to hear that you are alive silktricks and that you are recovering.

Oh what a lovely Easter holiday it has been. Beautiful weather, BBQ's inbetween last minute packing, easter egg hunts with neighbour's children and a fabby time sat in the garden. Happy days

Insomnia again!! trying to resist the easter egg, dog asleep on my feet, peppermint tea and crappy early morning telly. Soon time to bite the bullet and swallow a pill.

I have sourced a company that sell redone Edwardian club chairs all upholstered and proper padding. They also do old sprung based beds, I have noted and shall order for new place. I love furniture shopping, have also found a pink salon chair with swarkosvki crystal studding!! OMG, as camp as tits, and will look very oo la la. Very chavtastic, so not my usual taste, but I am going for the boudoir meets bordello look for the bedroom. Oh mid life crisis I love you!!

Am having to go onto insulin, as well as the myriad health hiccups I am diabetic, oh no!! but may help some of the bonkers symptoms of late.

H has been so very sweet, he is such a darling one. I am so enjoying him being at home 24/7 life really does get better each day. Loving the lazy lie in mornings and the sitting around planning. I could look at him all day and my eyes wouldn't tire of it, and happy days, he thinks the same.

Happy days everyone, a week today and we are off, so, so excited. Hope all is well in everyone's world(s) and if not, that it soon gets better.

^^^ that phrase.... makes me happy! :p

Loving the 6 straight days Lad and I just spent together, including long weekend with bf and his family. My boy was on form and brightened up the twenty-plus hours of driving with silliness and singing and games, plus locking out of adults from the car, and generally being daft. Could have done without the constant farting however!!!

Happy that this working week is just three days.

Happy that the sun is shining, it always feels so much nicer to 'up and out' when it's beautifully bright.

I hope those of you who are returning to work/school after the break don't have too rough a time of it. :)

I am happy to see this thread alive and well again!

I'm happy that spring has now taken a firm hand to the garden, and that we've had enough glorious weather to lie around and take advantage of it. I'm happy that one of the neighbour's sheep eats out of our hands happily with the softest muzzle and that her lamb is unafraid too. I'm happy that we managed to rescue the trapped lamb, and that the nettle stings sustained in the attempt have now subsided. I'm happy that dock grows so abundantly near nettles!

I'm so blessed to have such a wonderful H who takes such splendid care of me when I'm sick - even though he's not fully recovered himself - and I'm happy that the pile of chocolate I've been too sick to face is still waiting for when I'm ready :)

I am happy to see this thread is still active even if I've not been on here in around 6 months (been lurking for about 3 weeks or so out of total boredom).

I am happy our weather has been lovely, my job back in September is still loved very much by me (and I am still loved very much by my boss in a platonic way), and that I have an prospect of a part time job doing something else that I even love more.

I am happy that I saw my sister in March, that I didn't send the letter, and that I can be around her and not feel bitter and angry, but I don't trust her and you know what? That's ok too.

I am really happy that I have a truly amazing daughter who is smart beautiful and kind. For a son who makes my life difficult and still makes me laugh harder and live more.

I'm happy I love my husband enough to forgive him, even if currently I'm irritated at him - though this is more a flaw in me, he's recovering from surgery and I'm a horrid nursemaid.

Owoman, get better!

I'm happy that things seem to be progressing for me lately all around, and I am grateful.:)

I'm happy that it might finally warm up and dry out around here.

I'm happy (and proud) that a dear friend, whom I first hired right after high school for clerical work in my office years ago, and who worked since as a paralegal until entering law school three+ years ago, has now passed her state's bar exam and is about to start her own practice in her mid-40s!

I'm happy I have lots of other blessings in my life as well, too many to post!

I'm so happy (and relieved) that my relatives in Alabama and Virginia were not counted in the death toll from the powerful storms that have been tearing across the country.

I'm happy that although the working week is nasty and fraught and tiring currently, the weekends are so blissfully relaxing and nicely busy. We spruced the tropical fish tank up, re-landscaped some of the front garden, chose some new shrubs, all cooked dinner together, caught up on the first two episodes of the Apprentice and arranged two more weekends away to visit friends.

Nothing earth-shattering or exciting, just lovely family time. :) :) :)

I'm happy that my 'new' man and I have worked through this difficult patch. He is patient and he must think a hell of a lot of me. Today proved that.

Im happy he said he wants me 24/7

Oh my goodness I am so happy for you. So does that mean you are no longer a secret?

Yes I believe it makes me thisrevealedgirl :)

Thanks. I feel happy.

From a dammed cold Scotland

I am happy I am finally back online

Lovely house not ready yet so we are 'camping' out in an old farmhouse and it's dammed cold. I am so happy for coal and peat fires, very romantic and snuggly

Watching my mad dogs coming face to face with Highland Cows was side splittingly funny, one is scared and the other has a barking fit, then sits and stares at them for ages. The cows are lining up to look at the bonkers creatures the other side of the fence.

My garden in the new house needs lots of work, but shows such promise, there is an orchard with plum, pear and apple trees and loads of fruit bushes. I am going to be a happy, busy woman come move in time.

Happy days all. Seren x

I am happy to be planning another girls night out with my girlfriends! Sad though it might be the last one for one of them due to a move :(.
