I love these words. The perspective helps cultivate self empathy and awareness. And at the same time encourages me to practice what I believe and in turn not speak harsh words. It can sometimes prove difficult given my profession as a teacher in a very harsh neighborhood, with children hurting other children and lashing out often, yet I always try to never meet anger with anger or hate with hate.
