With flowers today at work from the ex.

He never sent me flowers when we were together.

OH? what's behind all that?

They weren't yellow irises were they?

My ex once sent me those with gardenias mixed in. I later found out yellow irises are poisonous and hallucinogenic. The gardenias were apparently there to coax me into smelling the flowers.

Hence...one of the reasons he's an ex? LOL

My office was the same way today. Looked like a flower shop.

My last ex. I guess trying to win me back. It is a sweet gesture but I doubt anything has changed much though.

FYI- he went to rehab twice in our first 9 months together. (And once before he met me, so I hear). He is currently trying to remain sober, going on 3 months. He has a twin brother who is also an alcoholic, with 5 years sobriety. It was his withdrawal of emotional and physical affection that caused me to break up with him.

They are ex's for a reason. Nice thing to do for you but you deserve better!

Do not even consider it for one moment!

People need to be clean for at least 3 to 5 years before being relationship ready.
