Am I just to insecure, or is she immature?

What [her exBF] said felt like it came right out of my head.... He said "Have you destroyed this relationship yet due to the anger you keep inside?" ....that's almost EXACTLY how I feel she is.

SPMH, it would be helpful if you would tell us why you believe she has a lot of anger inside. In what way has that anger shown itself in the past several months? Did you see strong outward displays of anger (e.g., verbal abuse or temper tantrums)" Or, rather, did you see strong displays of passive-aggressive actions (e.g., being icy cold, punishing you with silence, or making sarcastic remarks and pretending she is just joking)?

 

I ask because you seem to be describing a woman having a strong, irrational fear of abandonment. It would be helpful -- in trying to identify a pattern of behavioral symptoms -- to know if that fear is accompanied by strong anger issues that made you feel like you were often walking on eggshells around her.
