My mind goes to negative things so quickly, so it's like I'm just expecting she wants a free dinner (I'd rather split the second date, personally). My optimistic guess is that not asking her out for two days after she told me she had a good time, and then asking out in a weak fashion ("Let me know!") made her not know what exactly to do. Also maybe asking for coffee on a second date as a problem. Edited May 2, 2015 by Sunyata
