For women, weighted glute squeezes and kickbacks are better for the butt than lunges and squats. I do all 4 of these but have gotten better results from the first 2.

I'm something of a big squatter. I can almost guarantee my butt has better shape than any woman here:laugh: I get compliments on it all the time, lol, and jealousy too, but whatever.
