Theres scores of videos online with elderly bodybuilders as well. Dudes in the 60s and 70s. Their bodies look damn good. As far as I know the problem is uv radiation destroys collagen which gives the face its youthful appearance. There isn't an exercise to fix that.

She's had a few children. The girl I had my first crush in first grade on had a similar body when I last saw her in her late teens. It was as if she never grew up. There are plenty of women around like this. Very true I must say. Many Japanese women are youthful compared to western women.

There isn't an exercise to fix that. Not the UV radiation, but your body naturally produces less and less collagen as you age. People that lead stressful lives tend to age faster. It was medically proven that US presidents aged 2 years for every year of their candidature. So if a person has a hard life, has to work a lot etc, it will show. This is good news for people sitting at home reading LS all day

Disenchantedly Yours Posted May 8, 2012 Posted May 8, 2012 I wonder what would happen if people knew more about their emotional/relational ideal then their physical idea. I also think there is going to be a lot of unhappy people in their relationships posting all these male and female photoshopped images of each other. And focusing overly too much on your ideal instead of real people. I don't have an ideal. I have been attracted to many different types of men. Fat, thin, in shape, not in shape, tall, short...the list goes on. I don't want to focus on unrealistic over romantized celebrities because I think that takes the focus off my real partner. Sure, there are people in Hollywood that I think are attractive. But I know they are simply a person that was given the grace of make up and lighting and photoshop too.

I can't post a picture of Hubby on LS because he'd be furious, but basically he's become my ideal type. He's 6'3'', slim, with soccer-player type muscles (toned arms, toned legs, mildly toned stomach but no ugly 6 pack), strong and lean. But that wasn't a type I considered much before I met him. *shrugs* Oh, yep. Mine does evolve depending on whom I am with, too. I think there is a range in which that is possible - too short (shorter than 5'1") or too overweight would probably make the, uh, evolution unlikely. But I think I have a huge range of appearances that I could potentially find attractive in men. Quoting celebrities, I've had fangirl-crushes on Hugh Laurie, Johnny Depp, Jim Parsons, Nicolas Cage, and Robert Downey Jr. They all look very different, but usually there's something in the roles they play that makes my fangirl-attraction build around them. It's the same for men I'm with, I think, except it goes much deeper. I'm certain the bf would not be many people's ideals (especially given his East Asian build and stature), but if I was offered the option of (consensually!) changing anything about his appearance, I'd honestly decline.

The girl in the middle I believe was popular a few years ago for having F-cup breasts and she was 12 at the time iirc.

Plus that requires supplements some of those being drugs/hormones. It's not super easy but not so hard if you have good genes. Drugs and hormones are definitely not necessary. Not even supplements if you eat well naturally and are a very active person.

With a good workout regimen you can have a great physique well into your elderly years. Both of these statements are true. We can have a great physique into our elderly years, but without clinging to the "perfection" of youth. Gravity is a reality, and beauty comes in more than one flavor.
