The Women Bashing On The Board Needs To Stop

Go to advanced search and type "american women" (using the quotes) in the keywords box and do a search of thread titles. Now do the same for "american men".

Just looking at the thread titles, went back six pages and see a thread from a guy who says having sex with women is giving away his power. Is that what you all are talking about as woman bashing?

 

Near that one was one from a woman who says there are only five men worth dating in her area, that's kind of bashy.

 

But then on page six, there's some definite bashing titles, "LS men are turning me off men," and "Why are single men more bitter than single women."

 

Stopped there, as that's pretty deep in the forum, so in the first six pages of threads there's the "Foreign girlfriend" and the "giving away power" thread against women and the the "only five dateable guys," "LS men turning me off men," and "why are men more bitter" threads v men.

 

Looks like 3-2 male bashing threads v female bashing threads, had to dig deep AND the only real "bashing" threads are the "LS men turning me off men" thread and the "why are men more bitter" thread.

 

So what was this thread about again? Seems like there's more man bashing than women bashing here.

Many of the woman-bashing threads were either closed, which means they're way down on the list, or sometimes outright deleted because they were so egregious. Those "man-bashing" threads you cited, in fact, were in DIRECT response to the woman-bashing threads people are talking about - the "bitter" men being referred to were the men who started some of the threads we're all on about.

When I talked about my GF cheating me.... a good chunk of posters told me it was my fault. So... because I blame the culture she grew up in... that makes me snitty?

IMO the men haters threads are more open to discussion whereas the woman haters have the mentality that anything a woman says is wrong and is discredited on here and that any guy who disagrees with them is whipped.
