A major part of attracting a women is demonstrating the ability to communicate/play with her mind. If you can **** a girls mind she will want to **** your body.

Guys who are highly social and charismatic in nature have the opportunity to get the one girl they like, or get a different girl every week... whatever they want. These guys have an ability to say the right thing at the right time consistently. Most of this is just genetic IMO. A certain tactfulness and social aptitude that is hard to quantify but you know when you see it.

Some guys try their absolute best but are either socially awkward or simply don't understand how to flirt with women well. The only way to improve this is lots and lots of practice. Sadly these guys face many rejections and can't understand their problem. Mentally they just can't see or understand what they are doing wrong. The persistent failures only add to the problem by creating frustration, anger, sadness, etc.

At least you're a guy! Brusque can be seen as sexy. It may give the outward appearance of a quite, tough, thoughtful guy. A friend thought I was a b*tch when we first met but I was just shy.

How to stop? Body language helps; face the person you are talking to, make eye contact and smile. Engage them like you would your best friend. Easier said than done.
