Its worse around my tummy, hands, and calves. I'm itching it all the time, help Drink lots of water, drink less alcohol. Use a mild/gentle cleanser. I have really dry skin in the winter and I use baby oil. Maybe try putting baby oil at night before bed, and after your morning shower use shea butter or another lotion.
