I want to go back to school to be a Radiology Technician. I am looking into schools but it is EXTREMELY expensive.... all schools are.

You must not have read my post thoroughly because I explained that MANY hospitals offer the CNA certificate for FREE WHILE ALSO PAYING for the training. It is because they are so desperate to fill the positions. It is a lower level nursing position so the classes are only three to six weeks long but it could be a great stepping stone for someone who wants to eventually end up in the medical field. Since you live in a major city it is quite possible they are offering this at a major hospital near you. Even if there is no such opportunity in your area...the CNA certificate class only costs about $250. Small price to pay for a high in demand job.

And question? If you are going in to nursing why are you so desperate to stay with MAC and stay stuck in Texas?

Oh and to answer your question as to whether your bf is in love with you or not. It is possible, but it doesnt appear he knows what love really is. The way you know whether a relationship is a good one or not is by comparing it with other healthy relationships you already have in your life. For instance, your best friend is always there for you when you call crying about some boy. You both do fun activities together and are able to talk for hours. You both respect each other and feel comfortable to tell the other "whats up" if necessary. Now if you ran to her crying about something "stupid" would they completely ignore you? Or would they actually listen to you? Hold you or push you away? Think about it. What healthy relationships do you or have you had in your life that you can compare your bf with? He doesnt look good...

I never thought about it like that before.... wow... that really puts it in perspective for me. Yea... my friend whom I have out here, I am completely in love with her (not sexually). She and I do everything together and we're always laughing and such.... but isn't it a little different when you are in romantic love with someone? Idk.... ugh. Do you think it's because we spend too much time together, my boyfriend and I?

Okay... I mean I guess I can do that first... but I really would rather spend my time getting my license to be a rad tech...... idk. That's a good idea though. I think I might call our big hospital and ask if they offer that program, just because I am curious. And to answer your question, because I only want to do nursing part time until I get up in the company with MAC... being and MAC artist is what I want to do. And if I never get up in the company then I will just trade of with nursing, make sense?

NO. The only thing you should have thats 'different' in a romantic relationship is...well...romance. And sex if you are at that stage. Otherwise, it should be just as loving, supporting and mutual as the relationship you have with your best friend. If not, somethings wrong.

That is true! But once you are no longer a freelancer and you have normal guaranteed hours every week, then you are no longer allowed to work for any other makeup company.

Er.... Do you know what a freelancer is....?

A freelancer chooses to be a freelancer. You don't stop being one. You're self-employed. But you have a contract with MAC to complete a guaranteed quantity of hours per week. That's a mutally-accepted contract. It doesn't change. They only increase - or reduce - your hours by you agreeing to it.

Then that must be a UK thing, because a freelancer (for MAC) is something WAY different here. So.... that doesn't apply to me.
