LLQ1986 Posted November 21, 2013 Posted November 21, 2013 2.5mths! And i haven't seen my bf for 9 months now! Due to work & exams, he can't afford to take unpaid leave and fly to see me. We only managed to meet up early this year. Can't wait to see him again next Feb for 2.5weeks! and we're gonna celebrate our first V-day together in Italy 3

FINALLY... today I received his plane ticket He will be arriving on Jan 30th and will stay until April 30th (the 3 month tourist visa)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The countdown is ON!!!!!! I left home on April 1st, by the time he comes, we would have been away for almost 10 months 3

MoooOinkBaaa Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 How often did you two meet up? every 2-3 months for 1-3 weeks. the relationship is a sack of dead flies now. i miss counting down the days, travelling to her and being around her family and town. i don't regret having a long distance relationship but i sometimes wonder if we would of broken up a lot sooner if we were together. then again i think most couples couldn't hack it like we did and we did love each other very much. was hilarious when people used to tell me she could be cheating on me and i wouldn't even know it. then i find out their spouses were cheating whilst living right with them and they never knew! 1

I plan to stay with my bf for a few months too but since I have little savings and I can't really work there...thinking what should I do during my stay that does not require much money Actually we were talking about this a couple of months ago... before leaving I left him a very big power in his name, so he could actually marry me before coming and geting a spouse visa, which would allow him to work here. However, we never wanted to get married like that, so he will come with the tourist one. We will probably get marry here (big secret! ) If we do get married, we would apply for the spouse visa. During the time he comes I will be on vacations for almost two months... and then, the last month when I start classes again he will be more than familiar with the place and will be able to come and go by himself. We don't have much money either, so we won't do the fancy tourist stuff... however he'll be able to move around this city and Tokyo. We won't be riding the shinkansen, or going to Okinawa and stuff like that. The main reason of this trip is to be together... Where are you going to see your SO?
