! Boyfriend jerks off more often than has sex with me.

Someone please give me some advise!

 

My boyfriend as of recently has been jerking off either to porn on the computer or in the bathroom while I am in the house instead of having sex with me. I am seven months pregnant, but that has nothing to do with it, we still have sex occasionally. I brought it up with him and he basically just laughed at me and said that every guy plays with himself and that my insecurities are ridiculous. He still masturbates though after I told him how it made me feel and he is hiding it from me and every time he does it I feel useless and ugly and that he is tired of me, what should I do? or better yet, why do guys do this? How can I make him understand my feelings? Thanks.
