Monica is a really cute girl, she has nice eyes, a beautiful smile, a really nice body, and a great personality. We went out twice already. First the mall then the movies. At the movies I wanted to put my arms around her and kiss her, but I didn't be- cause I wanted to be a gentleman and not give her the wrong impression about me. Now I'm left wondering how long should I wait before kissing her? Is there any hints that a girl gives when she wants to be kissed or should I just go in and try kissing her? I really care about her and I don't want to force her to do anything she doesn't want.

Johnny, There are no global tell-tale signs that anyone wants to kiss anyone other than the actual act. While it's very understandable and very commendable that you want to treat her with the respect she deserves and are worried about her feelings, the only way you're going to know what her feelings are is by asking her directly. If you think it's an appropriate time to kiss, then most likely, your gut instinct will be right. But if you're truly concerned about her feelings and whether or not it will be comfortable for her, then just open your mouth and ask her.
