Every day I think about an ex and a relationship that went south. It all happened 10 years ago, It doesnt prevent me to meet other people or function in any ways. Just wondering if I'm the only one.

There are many things I did in past relationships that I regret deeply, so I guess I can say they “haunt” me. But I definitely don’t think about that every day. If you literally think about your ex from 10 years ago every day, there are probably some unresolved issues.
