I met a girl online and i don't know whether she likes me romantically or as a friend

I met a girl on a game around a week or 2 ago, so far she's wanted to get back on w/ me and game up to 9 hours per day and only logs off when she needs to sleep, we're both 13-17 but the same age (im not doxxing her) and live in the same country just different, albeit, close cities. We've told each other that we feel like we have each others' brains, that we compliment each other so well and recently, before after getting off VC, she told me she would be on at 4:30 the next day and send me a "<3", i don't know whether that is just a thing that girls do or if its romantic. I recently told her that i would be leaving the area for a bit (1 week) and she told me that she would miss me while i'm gone, i asked her what she said and she sounded a bit nervous and just redirected but jsut to confirm, i stopped talking on the VC for around 30 minutes and she left the group after the game and asked me if she did something wrong. i asked her if she missed me and told her i was just trolling and she was a bit mad and said "Obviously" in the manner that would usually warrant a puffy face anime sticker.
It all feels very very fast and she's told me a lot of personal aspects of her life, mentioned me to her friends among other things and we avenge each other in game when we die to another player and have this sort of little duel bet going on. It just makes me think does she mean more or is it just that we compliment each other very well just only as friends

Before you see her in person, talk to her in person, and take her out on a date, there is absolutely no way to say whether she is romantically interested or not.

Given your ages, it is feasible to actually meet?

If so, please let a parent know your plans or have them drive you to the meeting point and wait for you while you meet her. If this is not possible, then you need to be realistic that it won't amount to anything more than online gaming buddy / crush.

It probably is feasible to meet but i think i should wait a bit longer until we meet, i think the relationship is progressing really fast so maybe it might happen within the year

I think this is a wise idea considering you don't know this person at all. 

When you say it's progressing really fast, what do you mean? What has been happening?
