Any dating sites yp recommend that keep the boy/scam accounts to a minimum?

Alot of folks have been giving up lately on dating sites these days. On my end I've been having issues with constant bot accounts and scammers which is a common complaint among these sites.

 

Are there any notable sites that have methods of keeping scammers to a minimum?

How do you know a lot of folks have been giving up lately on dating sites these days? Did you do some sort of poll?

Scammers are everywhere, there's no getting around it, you just need to be aware and deal with it accordingly. 

Often it's obvious at which point block and move on, other times you might not be sure. The best strategy even with a person who isn't a scammer is to set up a first meeting in a safe, public location and get face to face. Even then you might not know if someone is a scammer until months down the road, as many play the long game.

Realistically, even if a person isn't a bot or a scam, you can't know if they are telling the truth unless you meet them. As was said, do it safely in public. 

That is also why I prefer not using apps or sites and just doing activities you love and enjoy and meeting people naturally. You are more likely to meet genuine people not out for anything. Eventually you will hit it off with someone. Let that happen when it happens, not be the whole goal of meeting someone.
