It's not really cool that she blocked you if you were trying to get an honest answer out of her though. But if you're straight up accusing her of having an STD then I can understand why she wouldn't want to engage with you. It's still her responsibility to let you know if she has an STD or not but obviously she doesn't feel comfortable enough to talk about it with you. She said she doesn't so just for your own sanity you probably shouldn't torture yourself. If you develop an outbreak or symptoms then definitely seek medical attention but I think it's safe to try and let this go until you get your results back. The thing is, you don't know if you were a carrier or she was a carrier and it's not fair to try and pin it all on this girl when there's really no evidence to suggest she gave you anything. Try not to stress too much, just wait until your results come back and take proper precautions when having sex in the future. It's possible this girl may have been a carrier without even knowing it, as many people are asymptomatic. But for now, just focus on getting tested and try not to stress too much about the situation. You didn't know this person, it was just an encounter/ lost weekend with someone. Just move on. It may hurt within you (I am not saying it doesn't or won't) but ultimately it's just a memory.
