What is best way to go about finding a partner that prefers to not want pets, kids, and wait until marriage for sex?

How difficult is it in general to find someone that meets those preferences?

It depends on your area, culture, religion, age and many other factors..

No one comes as a custom made person specifically tailored to your tastes. You'll have to meet women and see if your values align. 

You could get a good profile and pics on quality PAID relationship focused dating apps. Paid apps may offer more screening and matching criteria. Since you wish to be extremely specific you may need apps that have more features. You could also hire a matchmaking service. 

Alternatively you could join some groups and clubs, volunteer, get involved in sports and fitness, take some classes and courses that you're interested in.

You could have fun meeting like-minded people and start talking to women on a regular basis. This way you could get to know if someone has similar values and interests.

Thank you for your detailed response.  This situation would be in regards to being in USA and being in late twenties.

Which specific apps / matchmaking services do you recommend based on preferences?

You'll have to do your own research but paid apps tend to have more serious daters and more  filters. Some faith-based apps may offer members who are interested in marriage and waiting until marriage for sex.

Are you a man looking to date women? Your combination is going to be really tricky. There are a lot of women who don't want children, and a lot of women who want to wait until marriage to have sex, but there isn't going to be much overlap between the two. Mostly because the main reason why people wait until marriage to have sex is religion (specifically, the Abrahamic religions - Christianity or Islam), and those religions tend to also push reproduction hard. Whereas childfree women are more likely to be atheists or agnostics (and also more likely to want pets). Realistically, you probably are going to be eliminating 99% of women from your pool.

You're going to do a lot better if you eliminate 1 of those requirements.

Agree. Most women are going to want at least one of those things in their relationship - many will want all three. 

I don’t know that there is any magic to finding the right person who shares your preferences other than to weed them out like everyone else… online dating may work,  if you state your preferences honestly in your profile. You just have to realize that there are going to be many, many women who will pass you by…
