I was originally going to use words like upgrade, retrofit, retool...but I figure people would think I'm weird if I used such words...like I'm treating children like little robots to be employed in my greater scheme for world domination. With all due respect, if English is your first language (so it's not just a non-native language issue), I think you really, really need to seek professional assistance if you don't see the issue with some of the things you are saying. I don't mean this in an offensive way, it's just that some of the things you've said are so beyond the pale that there's probably a larger issue that requires professional diagnosis and management.
