I'm a bit paranoid about my elongated, asymmetrical, discolored labia (especially on the right side- the left side isn't as long). I'm Caucasian, but my skin in that area is a dark brown.... Some guys are going to like it, others might not. So the point is to find a guy who does like it or doesn't care. If you run across a guy that does, there's nothing you can do about it so the only reasonable and logical way to approach it is to not care about it as best as you can. It hurts with tight clothes and jeans, etc. So, I think if plastic surgery can solve it, then hey, why not. Nothing wrong with that. I don't think it's even that big of a deal, I saw some women actually walking out a few hours after they'd had labia reduction.
