Seemingly keen guy cannot let go of his ex whom he 'has no romantic feelings for' Perspectives?

I didn’t believe that he was going to jail just for kissing her, no. When he told me about it though, over lunch on our first date, I did wonder though whether she was trying to frame him for something more than what actually happened since she was angry at being dumped.
But for it to be this big a deal and cause him so much worry and certainty that he’s going to get locked up, yes there must be concrete evidence as to something big that did happen. 

I would like to report the good news that I have blocked this guy so he has no way of contacting me   Normally it takes me longer after a ‘breakup’ to block a bad boy, to lose the feelings of attachment, but it was easier in this case. To those that know my history of falling too soon I hope you can see I’m progressing there
