Miss Spider Posted May 15, 2021 Posted May 15, 2021 Most of the people I know are Vaxxed and things slowly return to normal. Really greatful for this. People can return to being reckless with their health 1
Stupidkupid Posted May 15, 2021 Posted May 15, 2021 Just to add I've had AstraZenica, along with my partner, and my mom and brother Pfizer. Evidence suggests onward transmission is reduced by potentially over 60% and immunity lasts longer than 9 months in most cases (data from the original trials are now in) Breakthrough infections for fully vaccinated people is very low, even for variants and severe illness even lower. It really susprises me that people are still considering not being vaccinated meaning we all live in this much longer. You can reduce your risk by being vaccinated and ensuring people you are dating are also vaccinated. 1

Excellent. Just keep in mind masks don't prevent STDs and condoms don't protect against covid. Just kidding. But seriously just read a creepy article on a recent uptick in pubic lice/body lice. Guess masks, condoms and a full arsenal of protection isn't helping with that. Edited May 15, 2021 by Wiseman2
