Hello all. I’m looking for easy, quick, delicious breakfast ideas of things I can eat on the go. Preferably low fat. Any ideas?

I like oats, soaked overnight, mine are super-healthy for diabetics but you can put anything in it really, dried fruits, chia, spices, apple, nuts.

To be clear, are you looking for food which can be eaten while walking/commuting?
