Well some girls are really forward in their words. some touch the guy back and hug them and some would start kissing the guy. These are obviously signs.

 

Why do you care about this anyway? Were you DTF and hopped he had asked? If not just be happy he didnt ask for sex and move on.

Yep, it's not how she's dressed, it's how she behaves. Women can dress sexy but still not give out signs that she's keen for sex.

I have wondered this myself, sometimes being approached by a man who seems to be interested and then doesn't ask for contact information. They are either afraid of rejection or they like to play games - get you interested then pull back. Same online, you get to chatting with someone and then they go poof.

 

The only explanation I can give in those situations are that they are not truly interested. A man who is interested will not let something stop him from getting what he wants (in this case a women's phone number). If he's not interested, he does not reach out.

ask yourself, in these interactions, would you think you were into the guy if you were an impartial observer? Do you extend the conversation? Ask them about themselves? Show interest? Or do you have what's unfortunately called RBF, keep looking around the party or bar at others, and just respond with terse yes and no's? Yeah men will pursue and put themselves out there, but if it's me and I'm talking to someone who doesn't seem to return a spark, I'm not going to take a chance of being shot down just to end up with the number of someone who doesn't actually like me. I don't like when people I don't want to talk to bother me and I'd rather not be one of those people. If you're playing it coy I probably won't bother taking the risk just in case you start beaming if I ask for your number.
