When one stares, whether it be a man or woman, it's rude. OP you can say "Girl, I have something I need to talk to you about. I can't help but notice you staring at random guy's crotches." I would definitely talk to her about it. I've had exes bring up certain behaviours of mine that they weren't comfortable or happy with, and the truth is I had no idea!! If my man didn't tell me that he didn't like this particular thing, it would have never entered my mind as a problem. Communication is key. Here's a juicy story: The biggest guy I ever saw, since I'm not a crotch watcher, I didn't know until it was too late. Once undressing, I noticed that he was so big that there was a fray right there worn white on his blue jeans that was almost completely worn through. He was bigger than anyone I've ever seen, bigger than John Holmes who was a porn star in magazine at the time known to be huge. He looked bigger than that. It was girth. It was not good. He carried a briefcase with lubricants because it was that big of a problem. I couldn't even. I knew as soon as I saw it. I liked the guy, so it was a shame. We did other things. But yes, he wore his pants like that without underwear. He was in a cover band so anyone looking down there saw it. I was never looking down there.
