I'm anxious to go home because I'm not sure what will happen. It makes me really sad that I don't feel like I can pick up the phone and call her. I just really never thought that we would get to this point and it feels so sudden. We were making plans as recently as Tuesday morning and everything seemed great and now we're here. It sounds as though she really isn't into the insta-family thing whether you claim you've never made her take care of your kids or not. It's the fact that you have kids PERIOD. She doesn't have kids of her own for a reason, so it kind of sounds as though she's not really cut out to deal with anyone else's kids, either. Hey, it is what it is. And it sounds as though she's simply appeasing you when she says she'll stay. I think she's pretty much done and you need to let her go. Link to post Share on other sites
