TheRainbow Posted November 6, 2018 Posted November 6, 2018 (edited) I think this is a case of picking your battles. I was a terrible teenager who put my parents through a lot emotionally. I didn't have a license until I was twenty shortly after I met my husband. But my parents also would drop everything to come to pick me up if I needed a ride. As for him sleeping in, playing video games all day. This may be something you should lax your opinion on. You want him to grow up and be an adult, so maybe let him be an adult. Let him know what you'll tolerate and won't, but don't treat him like a child. If he can't follow your rules, he can leave. Edited November 6, 2018 by TheRainbow
