She liked him enough to have sex but not enough to find out his last name or accept his request to be his gf. Essentially she told him (non-verbally) that she was down for NSA or FWB and perhaps he thought a dick-pic would be appropriate in that context. I see shared responsibility here. Perhaps OP and the guy should, you know, actually talk to each other about what they want from their interactions. When he asked to be gf it felt wayyy to soon, he doesn't/didn't even know me yet. Felt like primary school when you see someone you like and walk up and ask them to be your bf/gf. That combined with the dic pic says alot

I can't fathom how it's too early to be his gf (which is a pretty meaningless title in the grand scheme of things) but not too early to have sex! In any case, if you're ok with the pic, keep dating him. If not, don't.
