[Other woman] vs the [married woman] - infidelity related

Recommended Posts

but the men get to be replaced by the OM, get to lose most of the time with their kids, lose the house, pay child support and alimony so that the wife can play house with his replacement.

rather than continue with the alimony and the pain, my friend ended it all.

She got what she wanted the OM, she got a new husband, the kids got a new Dad. Only the OM did not like to work and to support a family.

So he left. everybody wins. except the good man that supported his family until he could not take it anymore and is pushing up the grass.

The OM like the situation until the alimony and child support stopped.

Maybe he did not really love her that much to support her kids.

the kids did not win. they grow up thinking it is somehow their fault.

All too often, infidelity gets turned into a joke, when sadly, there are often a lot of broken people left in its wake.

So many seem to think that if they say " but we were in love" it somehow changes that.

It doesn't.

The problem with the we're in love thing, well they weren't in love when they betrayed the marriage, that happens long before. Of course very few wayward spouses will ever admit it.
