It doesn't mean anything will come of it. It should just be an attempt at helping her ego. Normally I say that's not a good sign for a LTR because people who are hot and cold often are not emotionally available. However saying that, I have let things fade on men who didn't see that into me and have spent my time with guys who I felt were more into me.
