This obsession with this 5x5 is hilarious.

 

But in some cases it will bring your body in the good shape. But honestly, there are more ways to make her to really want you than are represented in simillar topics. I talk about intimate gymnastics for gaining muscules and rising of the sensitivity of intimate sphere in really simple way by strengthening pelvic area etc.

Walking is a good aerobic activity. Getting your body going

is the key thing in my opinion. As far as the weight loss

issue, IMO you have to control the calorie intake. Just

start slowly with and work up as you get into better and

better shape. BE determined and Go For It. Good Luck
