Hi guys, this will be deleted by admin if needed just wanted to see what ye guys think. But ive been on this website for nearly a year just looking for advice and answers that where similar to mine that I used to help me with getting back or getting over an ex when i couldnt think straight for myself and from seeing repeating trends of threads on Loveshack all this time, I wanted to start a thread with their experiences and rules they live by when it comes to break ups

Accept the real. Hope can be healthy in small doses. Don't fight the emotional processes of grieving. Embrace them and go through them.

That's my .02 as the #2 poster and oldest moderator.

Life goes on. We'll all face challenges to cope with until we die. How we face them defines us.

My 2 cents on this aswel with more experience with relationships you really learn more about yourself and your flaws and what you are looking for in a partner.

I learned the pain of a break up cant be compared to anytjing else ive ever experinced but as they say as hard as its you get ups and downs but you keep going and thats what we need to do regardless of the situation.

Time will slip by regardless and you can dwell on it and hold onto the past as we all do for a period of time but thenwith time we change as do they with life experinces but most importantly its all about you and not them and the sooner you focus and improve you the easier it will become focus on what you learned and what you need to iprove its for you at the end of the day.

And the biggest thing i found was not being able to understand things about why, how or when just dont get frustrated and bogged down about it you will understand in time whatever the situation
