Four days to go!

 

I backslid .4 lbs his week - I'll blame having a larger than normal Easter lunch for most of it. I'll weigh in on Thursday morning and refocus on squeezing in a few more workouts and bumping my calories down a little bit to start getting cut in Challenge 2.

Going on vacation later this week so I'm trying to finish this Challenge strong! Have a 5k planned today at lunch and I need to beat 36m 22s.

 

Eating has been super clean. Not even tempted by junk food anymore.

Thank you to this board. Down to 132 pounds, but still look like old 144 me in pictures sadly. I look fine in the mirror but I look horrid in the camera. Oh well! :love:

Well that's great progress! The numbers don't lie.
