Be playful. Now that I'm trying to do that, I'm getting a hard on whenever I'm talking to my co-worker crush. I think I'm start to act weird too. Like going behind a table. Learning forward. Not facing her. I know I can't be the only who has gone through this. How do you deal?

It's honestly not that weird, but it may be too soon for her to know you have feelings for her. My guess is that she probably already knows by this point, because if you "think" you're acting nervous/weird, then she's probably picking up on it. Just try to relax and pay attention to how she responds to your flirting. She must be flirting back, or else you wouldn't feel this way?

Because it's solid proof your mind is not on your job. Better get a little better grip on yourself.

So, I do have to cool it. I don't want to have an embarrassing moment or get fired. Luckily, I never have to give presentations.
