So if you guys have followed my story than you know I started a new job recently(if you haven't read my story I encourage you to do so as alot of people have told me its helped http://www.loveshack.org/forums/breaking-up-reconciliation-coping/breaks-breaking-up/531106-full-story-end-my-story-long .) yesterday was one of my training days. While I was training I met a guy named Eddy who is going through a very similar situation as I am. Lost his job, picked up this job even though its making half as much as he was making before, just went through a serious break up, used to be a pro body builder but since his depression began to gain a lot of weight, and has just overall had a very poor last few months. I told him about my situation and we both quickly realized how much or situations are alike, we were even in the same field before we lost our jobs. After we talked for a while I noticed my mood had drastically improved and I realized it was because I physically met someone who could understand everything I was going through, and even though last night was a really rough night because of how much I missed my ex, I was able to sleep a little more soundly knowing that I'm not alone in my struggle. So I guess the reason I decided to make a seperate post about this is because I know that many of us, after dealing with a hardship in our lives, find ourselves saying things like "why did this happen to me?" or "No one understands." but after what I experienced last night I have come to understand that even though you may not know it, and even though it seems like you are absolutely alone, there is someone out there that understands your struggle. Your never really alone.
