I went through with it anyway. We found a nice place, went halfsies on the mortgage. A few weeks before we move in, her friends tell me that shes been cheating on me... since we first started dating. I didn't believe it at first, but she finally admitted it. Thankfully, I had not signed the mortgage papers yet. I was able to get her name off the purchase agreement... dodged a bullet. But now I have to move into this place alone; I can afford it but man it will be tough. This just takes the whole excitement out of buying my first place... I just can't believe it...
