While I can't comment on MM I can only say that in my case the MW several times contacted me after our break ups just to "check how I am doing" which right led to chats&hope and then again to pain/suffering. The only thing that helped is to stick to (and truly do it) NC and move on. and seek help if needed to avoid fall back. Link to post Share on other sites
