Author glamtran
Thanks again Lucky. I am not sure I could ever hang out with him as a friend even in a group, considering all this drama that went down. And like I said, in some ways oddly enough he was perfect for me and it might upset me or bring up some kind of resentment all over again. I want to work on rebuilding my friendship with her. As for my birthday, the thing that got me is that my mom tried to make the plans for the actual day, after the party, that's when he piped up in front of her and said he doesn't want to come he just wants it him and I. That's still messed in a way right?
SpiralOut
I think it's normal for a couple to want some alone time on a special occasion, but that was rude of him to say that in front of your mother. It's not really nice of him to want to cancel all your plans with other people either or to refuse to join in. He could have arranged to do something special either before or after meeting up with everyone else.
