I've never worked on BMR and macros? Is this similar to the calculator on Eat to Perform? I've tried that one and it says I need like 2200 calories a day! That's way too hard for me to reach!

As for carbs, I agree you'd need more. I usually do add more fruit, grains, and or sweet potatoes on workout days, but nothing overboard.

The calc on ETP is a BMR and other factors calculator.

2200 calories is below my daily intake. I don't understand how this is too hard to reach.

It's not that it's really too hard, I just know I will gain weight, not maintain if I consumed 2200 calories/day. I am fine and never still hungry when I stay within 1500-1800.

For me 2800 to maintain 130lbs? Woa!

What. Not fair! I have 72 lbs on you but can only eat 600 calories more.

Ps. Want to go to the Mac together and pig out? ;)
