I don't know, but what would they sue for? Defamation? Truth is an absolute defense. I can picture people threatening to file a suit, but can't imagine anyone actually going forward with it. If you've cheated, would you want the details to be hashed over in open court? Particularly when you have to pay a significant sum for the pleasure?
