The fact he is a HUGE liar and has been found out just confirms the above. I can't fathom if you ever continued to see him how things would improve. I can only see you finding out more unpleasant things about him. Flush! Next time, if a dude disappears for a year, don't bother giving him any air play the next time he shows up. Entertain the thought of 'something' with someone who has openly said "I cheated on someone once... But it's in the past" 2.
