If a girl looks away as soon as I look at her, but starts smiling when I say "hi"?

A girl I know...who happens to be really stunning and gets checked out a lot...but she's pretty introverted.

 

Well right when I looked up she looked away (so it certainly seems she was looking at me), so I said "hi" and she looked up and started smiling and gave a lingering glance.

 

So what does that mean? She's shy about getting caught, but happy I said "hi" to her?
