So I just got back from a Bermuda cruise with my family and my ex and her family on it. At first I didn't expect to see her because of how big the ship is but we ran into each other quiet often. So here is what happened:

Day 1- I texted for the first time in 21 days saying have a fun trip. She texted back and asked for my room number. We exchanged rooms. Then the phone service cut off. About an hour later I saw her family and she hid behind them and didn't say a single thing, very cold to me.

Day 2- I ran into her family at the pool deck. Me and her father and brother played a game of mini golf. She said it was awkward to hang out like that and I agreed after not talking and just jumping into an activity.

Day 3 and 4 our families did different things when docked in Bermuda.

Day 5 was pretty much the big talk. She was with her parents for all of the trip. I never saw her hanging out with someone outside of her family. But we saw each other and she was alone so she couldn't run away. We talked about how we were doing and what's happened in our past. She said she liked having no obligations and that she just wants to hang out with different people this summer which seems typical that girls say this around this time of the year. So I said would you want to be friends because I wanted more before but I was okay just being on good terms she said she wanted to be civil at some point but not yet. I didn't agree but she said we were both different since we dated. So it's 11 weeks after the breakup and it basically reconfirmed that she is done. What can you do right? Her older sister did say she isn't ready for a long term relationship yet which makes sense. She's only 18 so she just wants to explore the world more maybe I was the right person wrong time but oh well. The trip was very interesting to say the least. And a non dating point if you like travel but haven't cruised before I recommend it
