I keep things clean as possible, but there are about 7 rotted ceiling tiles, and it looks bad. It probably is a violation. No one else lives in the building. If I call anyone, he will start lying about me and trying to get me in trouble. Yesterday, I threw the junk he put on my piano over the balcony because I'm so sick of it. He said he'd call the police. I asked him what he'd tell them? He said he'd tell them about how he has seen me escalate in the past, and that he's afraid for his safety. They would call CPS about the ceiling, probably. I will take pictures, so if he takes me to court, I can show why I left with our child. My other child will already be gone. Thank you for the idea. Oh, he's one of these huh? Obsessed with your daughter yet he's more worried about the people seeing him smoke outside than her health? What about e coli from filthy baby diapers on the counters and a broom on the table? He's obsessed with himself. Next time be careful, you say he was different before you dated, but I am sure his eating habits etc have not changed at all. If someone's personal hygiene is poor then it's a good indicator that these things will occur. Can you not boot this guy to keep your son? He will grow up very resentful to you for this. It breaks my heart he had to live like that. When you're better off licking your dinner off of a food court table than eating in your home it's time to go. 1
