kylef Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 My girlfriend of a year and a half broke up about a month and a half ago. She was the one who ended it although i sensed and thought about ending it myself. After the breakup she immediately started talking to/dating a new guy but not fb offiial. I think she did this to try to make me jealous but whatever. Anyway I did the no contact thing as much as possible over the past month and a half. We have alot of the same friends and a class together over the summer so i see her a couple times a week. She wont talk to me in front of our friends but in class she will talk like were friends. We have texted a little bit nothing really about our relationship just class and her needing to get stuff from our house(we lived together for about a year due to an unplanned pregnancy which she ended up having a miscarriage). Anyway when she ended things she said that she felt trapped, needed space, to figure herself out but that she could still see us together in the future. Anyway she texted me around midnight last night "U up?". I wasnt but responded in the morning with "Nah I wasnt lol everything good?". She said "Nothing it's fine" and to text her when we could do schoolwork in the library. What do you guys think "U up?" meant? Did she just want to hook up or actually talk. We've had a miscellaneous conversation late once before but just unimportant small talk, nothing serious. Anyway we have homework to do tonight. Should i mention it or just do the homework. I miss her and think i want her back. Any advice would be awesome.
Author kylef Posted June 3, 2014 Author Posted June 3, 2014 It means absolutely nothing. If it meant nothing then why did she send it? There was some objective behind it...
TylerDurdenn Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 If it meant nothing then why did she send it? There was some objective behind it... She sent it to the wrong person/she was drunk/she felt lonely and needed some attention. If she wanted you back she'd make a big deal out of it.
