I have liked my guy friend for a year and given him really mixed signals in that time because I was scared to show how I felt. I feel he likes me back or did.. He's been hanging out with a new girl now and I feel I have to tell him how I feel though it feels so selfish.. What can he do, he's got someone else. Is it worth telling him to know for sure how he felt about me and move on? I feel like it'll kill me if I don't tell him but is it wrong to tell someone you like them when they've already probably moved on?

If they have started dating, you missed your chance. Keep quiet for now.

Its difficult because he won't say either way... A week ago he said shes a friend. A week later I said to him "she's nice" and he said "yeah well we've been hanging out heaps" and "she came out of nowhere" but then I said I've been hanging out with someone too and he went all quiet.

He never said he was dating or not. So I don't know whether just to put it all out on the table.

If you are really interested in him, I mean genuinely interested, not because all of a sudden there is another girl, then tell him how you feel. But first find out what his status is with the other girl. I recommend telling him this in person, face-to-face. Do not do it over text or phone. It's impersonal. Also, be prepared for any consequences.
